HERMES DAILY BRIEF
Privacy Policy
Effective August 24, 2026
Purpose
Hermes Daily Brief is a private, personal-use application that creates an action-oriented daily briefing for the account owner.
Google data accessed
The application requests read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar. It may read calendar events and relevant email messages to identify schedules, conflicts, meeting preparation, deadlines, and follow-ups.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to generate the account owner's requested daily brief. The application does not send email, modify messages, or create, edit, or delete calendar events.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored privately on infrastructure controlled by the account owner and are restricted to the approved read-only scopes. Brief outputs may be retained in the account owner's private Hermes session history and delivery channel.
Sharing and sale
Google user data is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the private application at the account owner's direction.
Revocation and deletion
The account owner may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions. Stored OAuth credentials can also be deleted from the application host on request.
Contact
Questions or deletion requests may be sent to contact@pwz.io.
